July 9, 2018 Two schools set to leave CAC The Capital Athletic Conference lost two of its 10 members to the newly formed Atlantic East conference. Now it appears the CAC will also lose Frostburg State to Division II and Penn State-Harrisburg to the North East Athletic Conference.
